Last week was supposed to be a focus on weight loss, but some scheduling conflicts prevented that from happening. This week I went to the trouble to actually purchase rights to a fantastic book on natural weight loss. I’ve spent some time going through it and updating a few parts of it. It’s now ready for you to download.
Some things about the book that I really like include the fact that it’s not focused on the fad diets that so many people get hung up on. That’s really important, since the fad diets give the appearance of working, but then the results just don’t stick. In contrast, this book focuses on a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise.

A whole lot of work went into this video that I’m posting today. In some ways there are over two decades of expertise in here. Let me explain.
Bryan and Nicole weaver have been into fitness in a big way for a very long time. While some people that are that into fitness become muscle heads and barbie dolls, they’ve maintained their focus on how people actually live and what they actually do. For example, rather than preach and teach a bunch of exercises to make you look a certain way, they focus on the activities that you do every day and provide you with exercises that will prepare you for those.
It’s really fun to hear how Bryan explains it, so I included that at the beginning of the video. Overall it’s about 40 minutes of fast paced instruction. By the end of this video you’re sure to have some specific exercises that you can start doing right now. I even watched it with my wife and kids and my three and five year old girls loved trying to do the workouts. I also have to say that Nicole must be in absolutely incredible shape, since I had a hard time doing the exercises she shows us during the video.
Watch this video at least once before the live session on Wednesday (that’s right, it won’t be Saturday this time around) and have your questions ready.

Last Saturday’s live session with Nate Olsen was great. Since we had done a meaty session earlier in the week talking about how spinal health affects your fitness and your weight, we focused on motivation and how to get your head in the game during the live session.
I also had him share some of how he decided to become a chiropractor. It turns out his mom suffered from severe migraine headaches for years and couldn’t find any relief until she went to a chiropractor.
We discussed some really powerful tools, including the 5 pillars of health and how to start and maintain a new exercise routine.
