1. Eczema Natural Remedy How I Found Mine

Hi, this is Ruth Jordan here.

If you’re looking for an eczema natural remedy to get rid of your condition once and for all, then I’m glad you’ve found this website and I encourage you to keep reading…

Because this is my uncensored story of how I suffered from eczema for years and finally found the remedy that had eluded me for so long.

I had eczema from the age of five until recently. Now, if you suffer from eczema, I know you don’t need me to describe all the terrible experiences I went through and the desperation at not being able to find any relief. So if you want to save yourself the gory details of the story, just click here to see how I finally found my eczema cure!

For the rest of you, let me just go through the story as quickly and as delicately as I can. At the beginning my eczema flare-ups weren’t too bad, but they got worse and worse. By the time I was 13 I could hardly sleep at night because of the itching.

All the time my mom would be taking me to one doctor after the next looking for that elusive eczema relief. Sometimes a doctor would prescribe a medication that seemed to work – for a while. Then the effect would wear off and the red swollen skin and the terrible itching came back.

But it was even worse then, because I’d started thinking I’d found the cure, and then all of a sudden my hopes were dashed again. The only word I can use to describe the way I felt at those times is utter and complete desperation.

School was absolute hell. I didn’t have any friends – in fact everyone did their best to keep away from me and they were all afraid to touch me. I didn’t do gym or go swimming. I was afraid and ashamed to wear short-sleeves or short pants.

This just went on and on, and even after I left school things just didn’t get any better. I even started thinking that I’d never be able to do the same things as others; I’d never be able to find a husband; I’d never be able to do sports; I’d never be able to wear a skirt, even… It looked as if I’d have to just accept that my life would be different and that eczema treatments just wouldn’t work for me…

Then, at last, the miracle happened! If you want to know how, just click here to see the eczema natural remedy I found – or carry on reading.

I’d already looked at internet and I’d found a handful of websites that promised miracle eczema remedies, eczema relief in 3 days, and things like that. But then I found another site that didn’t promise a miracle cure, but told me that I could cure my eczema naturally and effectively if I was willing to take the time to change the things I did day to day. Basically, change my habits.

I had nothing to lose, so I gave it a try. I almost gave up, because I didn’t see much difference at the beginning. But I’d been warned that this wasn’t an instant cure, so I kept at it and gradually I noticed an improvement. At the beginning, the flare-ups got less severe; then they got less and less frequent; and finally they stopped coming. I couldn’t believe it and I thought it would just be temporary, like all the other eczema treatments I’d tried.

But thank goodness, it wasn’t just temporary. And I discovered later that the same natural remedy worked for other people. I knew another young woman who’d had the same problems as me, although a bit less severe, and I told her about it – and she got better as well.

By then I wanted to tell everybody about this! I also knew a mother with a girl who’d had eczema from a very young age, but I was hesitant to recommend this treatment to her because I didn’t know if it would work for a little girl (she was 11 by this time). After a couple of months I plucked up the courage to tell her. The girl tried it, and she got better, too!

Basically, that’s my story and it would have ended there if the girl’s mother hadn’t encouraged me to create this website so I could share the news with as many people as possible. So, if you’re looking to cure your eczema naturally, take the time to click here to discover exactly how I finally overcame my own eczema.

2. Eczema Natural Treatments

When I tell people about my recovery, they often ask if I used an eczema natural remedy or whether I used over the counter or prescription meds.

Basically I used all kinds of natural treatments. I discovered that there are lots of things we can do in our everyday lives that have a positive effect on our skin care and eczema relief.

Yes, there are many eczema herbal remedies that you can use and there are lots of home remedies. But, in fact, the best eczema natural treatment is trying to prevent any eczema flare-ups from happening.

And although it seems almost impossible when you’re going through yet another attack and searching desperately for some kind of relief or cure, there is a way out of the itch-scratch-itch vicious circle by following an eczema natural remedy.

I found that what seem to be unimportant daily habits can have an important effect on our skin. What we wear, the cosmetics we use, what we drink. All of these things can harm your skin or can help it. Until I started changing my habits I had no idea what a difference such small changes can make.

Healing eczema, in the end, depends on keeping your flare-ups under control. And that, in turn, depends on knowing exactly what the root cause of your condition is and on following a healthy lifestyle. If you do that you’ll find that you won’t need to worry about any particular type of eczema natural remedy, or medication, because you won’t be suffering attacks any more.

It took me years to find this out and all that time I was chasing after one eczema cure after the other without realizing that the secret was inside me, not outside.

I hope the articles on this website can help you to realize this much quicker than I did. In my next article I’ll explain how I came to learn how to keep my flare-ups under control and I’ll share with you the secrets of my eczema natural treatments. If you prefer, just click here to find out how I managed to cure my eczema.

3. Eczema Natural Remedy: Natural AND Effective?

Anyone who’s experienced an eczema flare-up will know that at that moment you’ll try absolutely anything, whether it’s an eczema natural remedy or not, to bring it under control. I know I used to wonder, like a lot of other people, if eczema natural treatments – herbal remedies or home remedies – could be as effective as doctor-prescribed medications.

Well, now I can tell you that they definitely can, and, in many cases they can be even more effective. I’m not a doctor so I don’t know why, but I do know that since I took to healing eczema just with natural cures and treatments, my condition has improved beyond recognition.

What herbal remedy would I recommend? Well, the best known herb for skin care, and one that I use all the time is aloe vera. It’s a natural hydrant that helps in soothing skin, but also helps in healing cuts and treating sun burns

Another group of herbs that come under the eczema natural remedy label are the ones that possess cleansing properties, such as dandelion, chamomile, lime flowers and rosemary herbs.

Antiseptics are another important part of herbal skin care. Lavender, marigold, thyme and fennel are good examples of herbs that are known to possess antiseptic properties. Lavender water and rose water also form good toners.

Finally, oils prepared from herbal extracts are just one more example of natural eczema treatments or herbal skin care.  Tea tree oil, Lavender oil, borage oil and primrose oil, for example, are some popular oils used in herbal skin care.

And what about home remedies? If you ask your granny, she’ll probably tell you about quite a few. But perhaps the two most effective eczema home remedies in my experience are drinking orange juice and eating raw tomatoes!

Again, I’m not a medical or scientific expert, but I’ve been told that tomatoes have a lot of antioxidants and amino acids and other properties that are good for the skin. If you don’t like oranges or tomatoes, you can try carrot juice, spinach juice and coconut oil.

As you can see, inside or out, there are plenty of eczema natural remedies that you can try. And I do encourage you to try them – you won’t be disappointed! If you prefer, click here to find out how I managed to cure my eczema.
